What happens next?
  1. The tech team will get notified
  2. We may comment or ask for clarifications (you will receive an email from Jira when it happens).
  3. Three things may happen to your request:
    • It is put on hold: it is part of a bigger project or not considered a priority
    • Your request needs to be investigated to have everything ready for the Tech team. We may need to have a few discussions to sort out the details.
    • Your request is clear and self-explanatory, and can be prioritized
  4. You will get notified whenever your ticket is scheduled for development by the Tech team, and when the development is done.
